TOTAL TIME: 55 MINS

One of my husband's favorite Moroccan Kefta, honestly this one was very easy and so tasty! My mother-in-law brought me some spices from Morocco that gave these an extra spice however all these spices can me found at your local grocery store and made just as tasty! TRUST ME I paired this with my favorite fried rice and naan garlic bread

THE INGREDIENTS:

lean ground beef/lamb mix or just lean ground beef

fresh parsley + cilantro

shaved onion

minced garlic

spices: cumin, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, ginger, turmeric, thyme

Kebab prep you can use wooden sticks. Be sure to soak them in water for about 25 mins before hand to avoid burning and wood chips in the meat. After I seasoned the meat I put it into the fridge for about 30 mins to let seasons settle into the meat.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Once it’s hot enough, make sure it’s oiled well so the kebab won't stick. Then add the skewers and cook for about 10 mins on each side. I use butter or the juices from the meat to brush over meat once finished.
