RECIPE HERE:

1 Portion WILD CAUGHT SALMON (SEA SALT| ONION POWDER| PEPPER| ROSEMARY)

3 Sweet Potatoes (CHOPPED W/ SEA SALT AND PEPPER)

1 Potato (CHOPPED W/ SEA SALT AND PEPPER

Bake potatoes at 400 for one hour + Salmon back at 400 for 30 mins...VIOLA!!!
